He had several reasons for accepting this offer. The first is his relationship with the CEO, their ability to work together, and Greg's confidence in the CEO's financial leadership background to make things happen. He will have the autonomy to make decisions and recommendations, and the opportunity to help the organization focus its resources and grow.
